Return & Exchange Standards
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with seals intact to be eligible for return or exchange.
• Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used intimate care products cannot be returned or exchanged for health protection reasons.
• Products damaged due to improper use, accident, or negligence are not eligible for return.
Return & Exchange Process
1. Request Submission: Contact our customer service team at support@fairysecretintimatehaven.comwithin the eligible timeframe to initiate a return/exchange request.
2. Review & Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization (RA) number if approved.
3. Product Shipment: Ship the unopened product to the address provided by our team, with the RA number clearly marked on the package.
4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
Required Documentation
• Order confirmation number
• Clear photos of the product’s original packaging (including seals)
• RA number (provided by our customer service team)
Return & Exchange Timeframe
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of product delivery.
• Products must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the RA number.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Refund Timeline & Method
• Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we confirm the product meets return standards.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, typically taking 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
